Western thinking tends ignore the fact that a human being is a unified whole: it separates emotional and mental life from physiological functioning. Yet we humans are an extraordinary unity of mind, body, and soul, not merely separate networks of tissues, bones, thoughts, and emotions. Therefore we can say everything affects everything else.
During treatment, the body’s inner wisdom guides the process, determining what should be restored first in order to move toward optimal functioning. Emotional release can lead to improvement just as much as the release of tissue tension caused by physical trauma.

A treatment is performed fully clothed on a massage table. It is a good idea to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.
During the process, I connect with your body using gentle, non-invasive touch to facilitate the release of tissue tension.
You may experience warmth, flowing or tingling sensations in your body, deep calmness, relaxation; long-forgotten memories or emotions may also surface. The process is directed by the body’s innate intelligence, nothing will happen that you are not ready for.
How many treatments do I need?
The number and frequency of treatments vary from person to person and are strongly influenced by your issue, symptoms, how long they have been present, and your body’s self-correcting ability. Treatments are recommended regularly—weekly or biweekly—until the desired results are achieved. In general, 3–6 sessions can bring significant, positive changes in most people’s condition, although in many cases noticeable changes can occur even after the first session.
Duration of one session: 1 hour.
Price per session: 12,000 Ft.
